Waldorf salad
Ingredients/Components
- chopped walnuts - 1 2
- raisins - 1 Tbsp
- mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
- apple, cored and chopped - 1 item
- rib celery, chopped - 1/2 item
- small can mandarin orange slices, drained optional - 1 item
How to make waldorf salad:
Toss all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Serves 2.This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc. Other ingredients can be added: grapes, pineapple or whatever you think will taste good with other ingredients.
My kids love to eat this for breakfast and snacktime in the summer!
