Ingredients/Components

  • chopped walnuts - 1 2
  • raisins - 1 Tbsp
  • mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
  • apple, cored and chopped - 1 item
  • rib celery, chopped - 1/2 item
  • small can mandarin orange slices, drained optional - 1 item

How to make waldorf salad:

Toss all ingredients until thoroughly mixed. Serves 2.

This recipe can be doubled, tripled, etc. Other ingredients can be added: grapes, pineapple or whatever you think will taste good with other ingredients.

My kids love to eat this for breakfast and snacktime in the summer!
