  • eggs - 2 item
  • granulated sugar - 2 Tbsp
  • milk
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 item
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • softened butter - 2 Tbsp

How to make waffles:

Beat first 3 ingredients together well, then add next 2 ingredients. Stir well and add next 2 ingredients. Pour mixture onto grids of a preheated lightly greased waffle baker. Use a fork to remove waffles. Sprinkle baked waffles with confectioners sugar.
