Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 c
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 2 c
- cocoa - 6 Tbsp
- baking soda - 2 tsp
- vinegar - 2 tsp
- all-purpose flour - 3 c
- cooking oil - 3/4 c
- Sift together dry ingredients in bowl
How to make wacky chocolate cake:
Grease a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan with oil. Sift together dry ingredients in bowl. Make 3 holes in the dry ingredients. In one, put vanilla, one vinegar and the other one oil. Pour water over all. Mix well with a fork or a hand beater. Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes or until cake tests done.Chocolate Icing for Wacky Cake:2 c. sugar1 1/2 c. milk2 tsp. vanilla1/2 c. cocoa1 stick margarine Mix sugar, cocoa, milk and margarine. Bring to boil. Boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add vanilla. Beat until thickened. Cool. Spread over cake in pan. Cut in squares and serve.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Healthy.
