Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • vanilla - 3/4 Tbsp
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • flour - 3 c
  • evaporated milk - 1/3 c
  • cold water - 2 c
  • soda - 3/4 Tbsp
  • cocoa - 1/2 c
  • melted butter - 3/4 c
  • vinegar - 2 Tbsp
  • box powdered sugar - 1 lb
  • Add water, butter, vinegar and vanilla to dry ingredients

How to make wacky cake:

Mix dry ingredients together. Add water, butter, vinegar and vanilla to dry ingredients. Mix well. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Cocoa Icing:1/2 c. melted butter1/4 c. cocoa1/3 c. evaporated milk1 lb. box powdered sugar1/2 Tbsp. vanilla Heat butter, cocoa and milk in pan until it comes to a boil. Add sugar and vanilla and beat. Put on cake while cake is still warm.
