Vinegar pie
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- flour - 3 Tbsp
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- vinegar - 2 Tbsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
How to make vinegar pie:
Cream butter and sugar; add dry ingredients, egg, vinegar and water. Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly. Line pie pan with pastry. Bake in 350° oven for 3 minutes.
