Vinegar pie

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/8 tsp
• flour - 3 Tbsp
• butter - 2 Tbsp
• water - 1 c
• egg - 1 item
• vinegar - 2 Tbsp
• cloves - 1/4 tsp
• allspice - 1/4 tsp

How to make vinegar pie:

Cream butter and sugar; add dry ingredients, egg, vinegar and water. Cook in top of double boiler until thickened, stirring constantly. Line pie pan with pastry. Bake in 350° oven for 3 minutes. Pour in filling and continue baking until crust is brown.
