  • sugar
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • butter - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • egg yolks - 2 item
  • vinegar - 1/2 c
  • lemon extract - 1/2 tsp
  • pie shell - 1 item

How to make vinegar pie:

Mix flour and sugar. Combine with other ingredients. Bake at 450° for 10 minutes, then reduce to 350° and bake 20 to 30 minutes. Cool. Beat egg whites for the meringue.
