Vinegar chicken



  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • vegetable oil - 1/2 c
  • cider vinegar - 2 c
  • black pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • poultry seasoning - 3 tsp
  • skinless chicken breast - 2 lb

How to make vinegar chicken:

Combine first 5 ingredients in 2-quart saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil on stove. Remove from heat. Place raw chicken pieces in hot mixture. Marinate for 2 hours. Broil or grill (about 20 minutes) until done.
