Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 Tbsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- cider vinegar - 2 c
- black pepper - 1/2 tsp
- poultry seasoning - 3 tsp
- skinless chicken breast - 2 lb
How to make vinegar chicken:
Combine first 5 ingredients in 2-quart saucepan. Bring mixture to a boil on stove. Remove from heat. Place raw chicken pieces in hot mixture. Marinate for 2 hours. Broil or grill (about 20 minutes) until done.Recipe categories: Chicken, Main dish, Chicken breast.
