- stick margarine - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1 item
- large Vidalia onions - 5 item
- Ritz crackers or any buttery crackers, crushed - 1 item
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Peel and slice onions into rings. Saut?© in margarine until transparent. Layer one half onions in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then with crushed crackers.
