  • Parmesan cheese - 1 item
  • large Vidalia onions - 5 item
  • Ritz crackers or any buttery crackers, crushed - 1 item

How to make vidalia onion casserole:

Peel and slice onions into rings. Saut?© in margarine until transparent. Layer one half onions in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese, then with crushed crackers. Repeat the layer of onions and cheese. Top with crushed crackers. Bake uncovered in 325° oven for 30 minutes until browned.
