Vidalia onion casserole



  • margarine - 1/2 c
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • tube Ritz crackers, crushed - 1 item
  • large Vidalia onions, sliced - 5 item

How to make vidalia onion casserole:

Saute onions and margarine in skillet for 15 to 20 minutes over medium heat. Place 1/2 onions in 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Top with 1/2 crackers and 1/2 cheese. Repeat with remaining ingredients. Bake, uncovered, in 325° oven for 30 minutes. Serves 8 to 10.
