Venus de milo soup
Ingredients/Components
- water - 2 qt
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- hamburger, crumbled - 1 lb
- can whole tomatoes, chopped - 16 oz
- can tomato sauce - 8 oz
- cans Veg-All do not drain - 2 oz
- orzo macaroni - 1/2 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- pepper - 2 tsp
- garlic to taste - 1 item
How to make venus de milo soup:
Bring to boil water, crumbled meat, onion, celery and spices. Simmer 1/2 hour. Add tomatoes, sauce and Veg-All; bring to boil. Cook 15 minutes. Add orzo macaroni; cook 15 minutes. Total time 1 hour. Pot to use: Minimum 4-quarts.Recipe categories: Soups & stews, Main dish, One Dish meal.
