Ingredients/Components
- oil - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- parsley - 1/4 c
- chopped bell pepper - 1 c
- garlic powder to taste - 1 item
- cans golden mushroom soup - 2 item
- soup can Burgundy wine - 1 item
- boneless venison - 2 lb
- frozen stew vegetables or whole onions, carrots and small potatoes - 2 pkg
How to make venison stew:
Brown stew meat in black iron pot in a small amount of oil. Add seasoning, soup, wine and vegetables. Cover and bake at 200° for no less than 8 hours.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, One Dish meal, Stew.
