  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • parsley - 1/4 c
  • chopped bell pepper - 1 c
  • garlic powder to taste - 1 item
  • cans golden mushroom soup - 2 item
  • soup can Burgundy wine - 1 item
  • boneless venison - 2 lb
  • frozen stew vegetables or whole onions, carrots and small potatoes - 2 pkg

How to make venison stew:

Brown stew meat in black iron pot in a small amount of oil. Add seasoning, soup, wine and vegetables. Cover and bake at 200° for no less than 8 hours.
