  • chopped carrots - 4 item
  • stalks celery - 3 item
  • small onions - 5 item
  • small red potatoes - 12 item
  • cubes stew meat - 2 lb
  • flour, salt and pepper mixed, to cover meat - 1 item
  • seasoning mix or stew seasoning - 1 pkg

How to make venison stew:

Roll the meat in flour, salt and pepper, then brown in shortening. Add seasonings or seasoning mix, 1 teaspoon salt and water. Cover and simmer for about 45 minutes. Add vegetables and cook another half hour.
