- salt - 3 Tbsp
- nutmeg - 2 tsp
- ginger - 1 Tbsp
- ground red pepper - 2 tsp
- ice water - 4 oz
- thyme - 1 Tbsp
- ground pork - 4 lb
- rubbed sage - 1 Tbsp
- ground venison - 6 lb
- pepper white ground - 1 Tbsp
How to make venison sausage:
Mix everything together well. Separate into 1 pound packages and freeze. You can use this in any recipe or as you would use pork sausage.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Wild game, Deer.
