- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- roast any kind may be substituted - 1 item
How to make venison roast:
Take roast and put strips of bacon across top of it to keep moisture in. Cook slowly at 300° to 325° until tender. If more gravy is desired, use 2 cans of mushroom soup.Recipe categories: Main dish, Wild game, Deer.
