Ingredients/Components
- ground venison - 2 lbs
- mild pork sausage - 1/4 lb
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- small green pepper, seeded and chopped - 1 item
- can 6-oz tomato paste - 1 item
- ribs celery, chopped - 3 item
- dry red wine - 1/4 c
- dried thyme, crumbled - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
- chili sauce - 1/4 c
- butter, melted - 2 tsp
- dry bread crumbs - 1 c
- Salt and Pepper to taste - 1 item
How to make venison meatloaf:
Preheat oven to 400°. In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Place mixture in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3 inch casserole dish. Bake 1 hour, 15 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Deer.
