Ingredients/Components
- salt
- brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 Tbsp
- chili sauce - 2 Tbsp
- tomato juice - 3/4 c
- finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
- crushed crackers
- dash garlic powder - 1 item
- ground venison - 1 lb
- Shape into loaf
- ground chuck or sausage - 1 lb
How to make venison meat loaf:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into loaf. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cover with sauce. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.Sauce:3/4 c. ketchup3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. chili sauce1/8 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Wild game.
