  • salt
  • brown sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • dry mustard - 1/8 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 Tbsp
  • chili sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • tomato juice - 3/4 c
  • finely chopped onion - 1/4 c
  • crushed crackers
  • dash garlic powder - 1 item
  • ground venison - 1 lb
  • Shape into loaf
  • ground chuck or sausage - 1 lb

How to make venison meat loaf:

Mix all ingredients. Shape into loaf. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Cover with sauce. Bake another 15 to 20 minutes. Serve.Sauce:3/4 c. ketchup3 Tbsp. brown sugar2 Tbsp. chili sauce1/8 tsp. dry mustard Mix all ingredients.
