Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1 tsp
  • cooking oil - 1/2 c
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1 tsp
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
  • salad dressing - 1 Tbsp
  • medium onion - 1 item
  • lite soy sauce - 1/2 c
  • like Italian or red wine or cooking sherry - 1 item

How to make venison marinade:

Place all into a blender. Blend until liquid. Slice venison roast in thin slices while partially frozen. Place into container and pour marinade over. Keep in refrigerator overnight. Turn meat 3 to 4 times. Place thin slices on broiler or grill. Cook until done.
