Venison marinade
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 Tbsp
- salad dressing - 1 Tbsp
- medium onion - 1 item
- lite soy sauce - 1/2 c
- like Italian or red wine or cooking sherry - 1 item
How to make venison marinade:
Place all into a blender. Blend until liquid. Slice venison roast in thin slices while partially frozen. Place into container and pour marinade over. Keep in refrigerator overnight.
