Ingredients/Components
- ground venison - 2 lb
- tomato juice or more - 2 c
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- onions, chopped - 2 item
- chili powder - 1/4 c
- cans tomato sauce - 2 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1 tsp
- cumin
How to make venison chili:
Cook meat and onions in iron skillet until almost done. Add everything else; bring to boil and reduce to low. Simmer about an hour or remove to crock-pot and keep on low until ready to serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Chili, Deer.
