Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- slightly beaten egg - 1 item
- ground venison - 1 lb
- finely chopped clove garlic - 1 item
- finely chopped fresh broccoli - 1/4 c
How to make venison burgers:
