- Velveeta pasteurized process cheese spread, cubed - 1 lb
- jar salsa or 1 10 oz - 1 oz
- chopped cilantro optional - 2 Tbsp
How to make velveeta salsa dip:
Microwave: Microwave process cheese spread and salsa or tomatoes and green chilies in a 1 1/2-quart bowl on High for 5 minutes or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 3 minutes. Mix in cilantro. Serve hot with tortilla chips. Makes 3 cups. ConRecipe categories: Appetizers, Dips, Cheese.
