  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 1 c
  • powdered sugar - 4 lb
  • Velveeta cheese - 1 lb
  • oleo - 1 lb
  • pecans, chopped - 4 5

How to make velveeta fudge:

Melt cheese and oleo together in microwave. Sift powdered sugar and cocoa together. Add to cheese and oleo mixture. Stir in vanilla and pecans. Mix well and spread on waxed paper-lined cookie sheet. Cool and cut into squares. This recipe makes quite a bit of fudge, so you may want to cut the recipe in half.
