Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 16 oz
- grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 3/4
- Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- salad dressing or mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- green onion, chopped - 1/2 3/4
- mushrooms, finely chopped - 3/4 c
- broccoli, finely chopped - 3/4 c
- cauliflower, finely chopped - 3/4 c
- to 10 drops hot sauce - 8 item
How to make veggie pizza:
Roll out rolls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 7 to 10 minutes until lightly brown. Combine cream cheese, dressing mix, mayonnaise and hot sauce and spread over cooked crust. Sprinkle chopped veggies over cream cheese topping in layers; chill covered at least 2 hours before serving. Can be made a day ahead.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pizza.
