Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 1 (8
  • chopped carrots - 1/2 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • ham - 1 c
  • turkey - 1 c
  • medium bell pepper - 1 item
  • fresh broccoli, chopped - 1 c
  • mild Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
  • Mozzarella - 1/2 c
  • large cans crescent rolls - 2 item
  • Hidden Valley dry Ranch dressing - 1/2 pkg

How to make veggie pizza:

Flatten rolls on a large cookie sheet. Bake until lightly browned at 350°. Let crust cool.

Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and dry Ranch dressing. Spread over the cooled crust. Chop ham, turkey, bell pepper, carrots and broccoli. Make sure everything is in small pieces, but not so small it will be mushy. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Mozzarella and Cheddar cheese. Refrigerate.
