Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • Miracle Whip or mayonnaise - 3/4 c
  • chopped raw vegetables - 1/2 3/4
  • Original Hidden Valley salad dressing mix - 1 pkg

How to make veggie bars:

Veggies: broccoli, cauliflower, green peppers, onions, carrots.

Spread rolls flat to cover bottom of baking pan. Bake at 350° for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and salad dressing. Spread over crust. Sprinkle cheese over crust. Top with vegetables and press down into cream cheese mixture. Chill 2 hours.
