Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
  • green pepper, chopped optional - 3/4 c
  • cauliflower, chopped - 3/4 c
  • real mayonnaise - 1 c
  • broccoli, chopped - 3/4 c
  • tubes crescent rolls - 2 item
  • tomato, chopped optional - 3/4 c
  • green onion or celery, chopped optional - 3/4 c

How to make veggie bars:

Spread crescent rolls in ungreased cookie sheet with 1-inch sides. Bake 5 to 6 minutes until lightly browned. Cool 8 to 10 minutes.

Mix cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise. Spread over crescent rolls. Sprinkle chopped vegetables on top and gently press down into cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded cheese. Ready to eat! Keep refrigerated.
