Vegetarian spaghetti
Ingredients/Components
- cloves garlic, chopped fine - 2 item
- zucchini, grated - 2 item
- can spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- round onion, chopped - 1 item
- spaghetti, cooked according to instructions - 12 oz
How to make vegetarian spaghetti:
Saute the onion in a little oil. Add in garlic and zucchini and saute. When onion is transparent, add the spaghetti sauce and simmer about 10 minutes. Serve on spaghetti accompanied by a tossed salad and bread.Recipe categories: Main dish, Spaghetti, One Dish meal.
