Ingredients/Components

  • basil - 1/4 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • peanut oil - 1 tsp
  • cayenne - 1/4 tsp
  • bean sprouts - 1 pt
  • thyme - 1/4 tsp
  • chives - 1/2 c
  • firm tofu, sliced thin or diced - 1 lb
  • yeast flakes - 1/2 c
  • garlic to your taste - 1 item
  • stalk leeks - 1 item
  • vegie-sal - 1/4 tsp
  • a little lemon juice - 1 item
  • sunflower oil - 1 tsp

How to make vegetarian pate:

Combine ingredients in blender until smooth. Put in dish of your choice. Refrigerate and serve on whole wheat crackers.
