Ingredients/Components
- basil - 1/4 tsp
- parsley - 1 tsp
- peanut oil - 1 tsp
- cayenne - 1/4 tsp
- bean sprouts - 1 pt
- thyme - 1/4 tsp
- chives - 1/2 c
- firm tofu, sliced thin or diced - 1 lb
- yeast flakes - 1/2 c
- garlic to your taste - 1 item
- stalk leeks - 1 item
- vegie-sal - 1/4 tsp
- a little lemon juice - 1 item
- sunflower oil - 1 tsp
How to make vegetarian pate:
