Ingredients/Components

  • oil - 1 item
  • boiling water - 1 c
  • grated cheese - 1 c
  • can water - 1 item
  • garlic salt to taste - 1 item
  • finely chopped onion - 1 item
  • dry bread crumbs - 1 c
  • can mushroom soup - 1 item
  • ground walnuts - 1/2 1
  • Mix together with all other ingredients
  • to 6 eggs, well beaten - 5 item
  • Granburger granules - 1 c

How to make vegetarian meatballs:

Reconstitute Granburger in boiling water. Mix together with all other ingredients. Form into walnut-size balls and fry in heated oil. Can be frozen for later use. To serve, bake in gravy 20 minutes.Gravy:1 can tomato soup1 can mushroom soup1 can water Mix together, heat and pour over meatballs. Simmer or bake for 20 minutes.
