  • Mozzarella cheese, shredded - 12 oz
  • Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
  • spaghetti sauce - 4 5
  • lasagna noodles - 8 oz
  • ground beef optional - 1 lb

How to make vegetarian lasagna:

In a 13 x 9 x 2-inch Pyrex dish, spread 1 cup of sauce. Layer noodles and cheeses. Repeat. Place remaining noodles on top. Add remaining sauce, then cheeses. Leave uncovered and bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes or until brown and bubbling. Let l
