Ingredients/Components
- olive oil - 2 Tbsp
- vegetables any combination*
- dry herb or onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make vegetable toss:
*Examples: cabbage, zucchini, squash, green pepper, carrots and onion.Toss vegetables in soup-oil mixture. Put in baking dish. Bake for 20 minutes at 450°. Stir after 10 minutes.
