- sesame seed, toasted - 1/4 c
- diagonally cut carrot slices - 2 c
- diagonally cut celery slices - 2 c
- thin green pepper strips - 3/4 c
- Parkay oleo - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
How to make vegetable stir-fry:
Coat Neufchatel cheese cubes with sesame seed; chill. In large skillet or wok, stir-fry vegetables in oleo and seasonings until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Add Neufchatel cheese to vegetables; mix lightly.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, European.
