  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sesame seed, toasted - 1/4 c
  • diagonally cut carrot slices - 2 c
  • diagonally cut celery slices - 2 c
  • thin green pepper strips - 3/4 c
  • Parkay oleo - 2 Tbsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • dash of pepper - 1 item

How to make vegetable stir-fry:

Coat Neufchatel cheese cubes with sesame seed; chill. In large skillet or wok, stir-fry vegetables in oleo and seasonings until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Add Neufchatel cheese to vegetables; mix lightly.
