Ingredients/Components
- chili powder - 1 tsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream-style corn - 1 oz
- can tomatoes - 1 oz
- large onion - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped fine - 4 item
- can mixed vegetables - 1 oz
- bell pepper, chopped fine - 1/2 item
- clove garlic, chopped fine - 1 item
- can snap beans, drained and washed - 1 oz
How to make vegetable stew:
Cook ground beef; drain. Add onion, bell pepper, garlic and celery; saute a few minutes. Add rest of the ingredients and cook over low heat for about 30 minutes. Cook in a 4-quart cooker with tight lid.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Stew.
