- salt - 2 tsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 qt
- ground beef - 1 lb
- corn - 1 pt
- butter beans - 1 pt
- to 3 diced carrots - 2 item
- to 5 medium potatoes - 4 item
- stewing tomatoes - 1 qt
How to make vegetable soup:
Cook beef in frypan. Drain oil off meat. Add to vegetables and water. Cook on medium heat about 6 hours or crock-pot all day.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
