Ingredients/Components
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- chicken stock - 6 8
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- fresh green beans - 1 c
- zucchini - 1 c
- cauliflower, chopped - 1 c
- squash - 1 c
- carrots, cut - 4 item
- can Northern beans - 1 oz
- potatoes, cut into squares - 4 item
- desired amount pepper - 1 item
- desired amount minced garlic - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Cook chicken stock, carrots, potatoes, green beans, cauliflower and celery. After ingredients are tender add squash, zucchini and beans. Cook until tender.Mix together tomato paste, Parmesan cheese, pepper and garlic. Add to soup after veggies are cooked.
