- water - 4 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- shredded cabbage - 1 c
- stalk celery, diced - 1/2 item
- can tomatoes - 1 1/2
- thyme optional - 1 item
- medium potatoes, diced - 3 item
- stewing beef - 1 lb
How to make vegetable soup:
Brown stewing meat. Combine meat, vegetables and water in crock-pot or large pot. Season to taste with salt, pepper and thyme. Add soup bone.
