Ingredients/Components
- water - 8 c
- can stewed tomatoes - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 sm
- thyme
- celery - 3/4 c
- cauliflower - 2 c
- broccoli - 2 c
- cup each: onion, carrots, zucchini, corn, small chunk potato, spinach - 1 item
- each: oregano, basil, celery seed, hot pepper, Italian seasoning - 1/2 tsp
How to make vegetable soup:
Boil water. Saut?© onion, celery, pepper and add to boiling water. Reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Add carrots, potato, garlic and spices. Cover and simmer 30 minutes. Add cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, corn and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
