Ingredients/Components
- salt - 3/4 tsp
- water
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- shredded cabbage
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- celery - 2/3 c
- beef cubes - 1/2 lb
- 10 oz - 1 pkg
- beef base - 3 Tbsp
- medium potatoes, diced - 2 item
- tomatoes, crushed - 1 can
How to make vegetable soup:
Brown beef cubes in large kettle. Drain off excess fat. Add beef base, water, onion, celery, thyme and potatoes.
