Vegetable soup


Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- cold water - 2 qt
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- can tomatoes, cut up - 1 oz
- small onion, diced - 1 item
- head cabbage, chopped - 1/4 item
- can cut green beans - 1 oz
- barley or rice - 1/4 c
- grated potato - 1 c
- pot herb - 1 item
- or 6 carrots, grated - 5 item
- beef soup bone marrow - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Cook bone, pot herb, water, onion and salt slowly for 2 hours. Add vegetables and continue cooking 1 hour. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
