Vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- can whole corn - 1 item
- can peas - 1 item
- can French seasoned green beans - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Bring to a boil for 3 minutes the vinegar, sugar, pepper and oil. Cool and pour over vegetables. Drain corn, green beans and peas. Mix all vegetables together. Chill overnight before serving. Hint: I also add cauliflower and red peppers.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
