Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 2 tsp
- water - 1 tsp
- oil - 1 c
- pepper - 2 tsp
- small jar pimentos - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 2 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- white vinegar - 1 c
- cans green beans - 2 lb
- cans white Shoe Peg corn - 2 oz
- cans green peas - 2 lb
How to make vegetable salad:
Dressing:1 1/2 c. sugar1 c. oil2 tsp. salt2 tsp. pepper1 tsp. water1 c. white vinegar Drain all vegetables. Combine all salad ingredients in large bowl. Pour dressing over mixture; let marinate for a day. Shake or stir several times during the day.Dressing: Mix all ingredients in a blender.
