Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 2/3 c
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1 c
- medium onion, diced - 1 item
- prepared mustard - 2 Tbsp
- celery, diced - 1 c
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- can kidney beans, drained - 1 item
- can garbanzo beans, drained - 1 item
- boxes frozen mixed vegetables - 2 item
- small pimentos, diced or canned, well drained - 2 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Dressing:1 1/2 c. sugar2/3 c. flour1 c. vinegar1 c. water2 Tbsp. prepared mustard Cook frozen vegetables and rinse well. Mix all vegetables together. Cook dressing ingredients until thick. Let cool. Put dressing over vegetables. Chill 6 hours.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
