Vegetable salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 3/4 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- chopped green pepper
- wine vinegar - 3/4 c
- olive oil - 1/2 c
- chopped pimentos - 2 Tbsp
- large can corn - 1 item
- small can chickpeas - 1 item
- large can each green and yellow beans - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Drain canned vegetables well. Add chopped vegetables. Mix salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar, wine vinegar and water. Mix well. Pour marinade over vegetable mixture and marinate for at least 12 hours. Will keep in fridge up to 2 weeks.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
