Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- 2 cans very small peas
- 2 cans French-cut green beans
- 2 cans Shoepeg corn
- large green pepper, shredded - 1 item
- chopped onions and pimentos - 1 item
How to make vegetable salad:
Mix sugar, vinegar and oil and pour over drained vegetables; let set in refrigerator overnight. (Sugar, vinegar and oil can be doubled or tripled according to taste.) Mixture keeps for a couple of months.Recipe categories: Salads, Vegan, Vegetables.
