Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- onion, diced - 1 item
- black pepper - 1 tsp
- carrots, sliced - 1 c
- stalks celery, diced - 4 item
- whole kernel corn - 1 c
- bell pepper, diced - 1 item
- baby lima beans - 1 c
- French-style green beans - 1 c
- sugar or NutraSweet
- small English peas - 1 c
How to make vegetable salad:
Dressing:1/2 to 1 c. sugar or NutraSweet1/2 c. oil1/2 c. vinegar1/2 tsp. salt1 tsp. black pepper Drain all vegetables. Add diced vegetables in bowl; set aside.Dressing: Mix together, bring to a boil and pour over vegetables. Store in refrigerator. Will keep indefinitely.
