Ingredients/Components

  • cream cheese - 2 (8
  • crescent rolls - 2 pkg
  • fresh mushrooms - 1/2 c
  • tomatoes - 1/2 c
  • cauliflower - 1/2 c
  • broccoli - 1/2 c
  • fresh carrots - 1/2 c
  • shredded Cheddar - 1 item
  • mayo or Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
  • scallions optional - 1/2 c
  • envelope Hidden Valley Ranch original dressing - 1 item

How to make vegetable pizza:

Spray a cookie sheet with baking spray. Press crescent rolls together to form a "crust". Bake at 350° for 8 to 12 minutes; let cool.

Mix together cream cheese (softened), Hidden Valley and mayo or Miracle Whip. Spread on top of cooled crust. Spread the fresh, chopped vegetables on top. Spread Cheddar on last. Very yummy!!
