Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- chopped green pepper - 3/4 c
- Miracle Whip - 3/4 c
- chopped broccoli - 3/4 c
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- chopped cauliflower - 3/4 c
- finely shredded Cheddar cheese - 3/4 c
- Ranch dressing mix Hidden Valley - 1 pkg
- tomato skins peeled off outside of tomatoes - 3/4 c
How to make vegetable pizza:
Unroll crescents and place in rectangular shaped pan. Pinch seams to close. Spread dough to fill entire pan. Bake according to package directions.Meanwhile, combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip and Ranch dressing and set aside. Prepare all chopped vegetables. Spread cream cheese mixture on baked crust after it has cooled and top with vegetables and cheese. Chill at least 2 hours and cut into slices for serving.
