Vegetable pizza



  • pkg - 1 oz
  • shredded carrots - 3/4 c
  • chopped green pepper - 3/4 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 item
  • chopped broccoli - 3/4 c
  • each pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped cauliflower - 3/4 c
  • dry Ranch salad dressing mix - 1 pkg

How to make vegetable pizza:

Spread crescent roll dough on a cookie sheet, covering bottom and halfway up sides to form a rim. Bake 11 minutes at the temperature indicated on the package. Cool.

Mix mayonnaise, cream cheese and dry salad dressing mix. Spread on cooled crust. Sprinkle vegetables evenly over cream cheese mixture. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese. Cut into bars to serve.
