  • pkg - 2 oz
  • chopped onion - 3/4 c
  • crescent rolls - 2 count)
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • Miracle Whip - 1 c
  • green pepper - 3/4 c
  • broccoli - 3/4 c
  • Hidden Valley Ranch dressing - 1 pkg

How to make vegetable pizza:

Line an ungreased cookie sheet with roll dough (stretch a little). Bake at 375° for 11 to 15 minutes. Combine cream cheese, Miracle Whip and dressing and spread over cooled crust. Refrigerate. Mix together onions, peppers, broccoli and cheese. Spread over top of pizza. Grate a carrot and sprinkle over top. Press down on pizza with waxed paper. Cover and refrigerate. Cut in squares and serve. Can be made ahead.
