Vegetable pizza
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1/2 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- shredded Mozzarella cheese - 1/2 c
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- dry Ranch dressing mix - 1 pkg
- raw broccoli - 1/2 c
- cans crescent refrigerator rolls - 2 item
- finely chopped mild red or green pepper - 1/2 c
How to make vegetable pizza:
On cookie sheet, lay out each crescent roll square. Press seams together to form a large rectangle. Bake in a 350° oven for 10 minutes. Cool.Mix the Ranch dressing mix, milk and cream cheese until smooth. Spread mixture over the baked crust with a spatula.
Scatter vegetables on top of entire crust. Sprinkle cheese on top of vegetables. Chill. Cut with a sharp knife in 2 x 2-inch pieces. Makes 24 pieces.
