Vegetable pie
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- milk
- salt - 1 tsp
- biscuit mix - 3/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1/4 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- chopped fresh broccoli - 2 c
How to make vegetable pie:
Grease 9-inch pie pan. Steam broccoli until almost done. Drain. Mix broccoli, onion, green pepper and cheese. Put in pie pan. Beat remaining ingredients, except bread crumbs, until smooth. Pour over vegetables and cheese mixture. Sprinkle bread crumbs on top. Bake at 375° for 35 to 40 minutes or until brown. Serve in wedges.Recipe categories: Weeknight, Vegetarian, Oven.
